Through its pre-processing module, Acapela High Quality Telecom perfectly converts e-mails, HTML or RTF content.

Speech quality:

Pre-Processing

A highly sophisticated pre-processing module is provided with Acapela High Quality Telecom to handle e-mails, HTML or RTF content. It can parse e-mails, extract sender, subject, date attachment and message body. The pre-processor expands and adapts e-mail addresses, URLs, extracts audio attachments (.au), emoticons and filters bottom signatures. All parts are customisable.

Automatic language detection

For multi-lingual applications Acapela High Quality Telecom includes an automatic language detection function which can identify the main language used in the text.
