ELeX has a recording studio specialized for voice recordings.The sound engineers in the ELeX team built up excellent experience with voice recordings over the past years.

The booth is optimized specifically for recordings of voice prompts, concatenated speech and speech synthesis. The acoustic insulation, the microphone and the multi media system for recording have been chosen and designed to suit the purpose of excellent voice recording quality.

• Microphone: Neumann U87 A i (very linear frequency response for human voices)
• Measuring microphones to regulate position of speaker (optional)
• Excellent reverberation time (mean value < 0,3 s)
• Hardisk recording with an Apple G4 and ProTools with various Plugins
